Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator at Paulus Group. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting cost estimates, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and preparing bids. This role will involve both on-site visits in the Greater Reno Area and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Cost Estimation, Project Analysis, and Bid Preparation skills
• Knowledge of underground wet utility systems and construction processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications and blueprints
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with construction software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
